Silicone Vacuum Casting Process

1. Master Model Creation

Use 3D printing or CNC machining to create a prototype master model, ensuring dimensional and surface accuracy.

2. Mold Making

Fix the master model in a molding box, pour liquid silicone, and form a flexible mold after curing.

3. Vacuum Casting

Inject PU, ABS, PC or TPU resin in a vacuum environment to avoid bubbles and defects.

4. Post-Processing

After demolding, perform surface treatments such as painting, polishing, silk screening, laser engraving, and electroplating.
